At Gverović–Orsan, we cook the way Dalmatian families always have. Slowly, with care, and with respect for tradition. Our food reflects generations of coastal cooking, simple ingredients, and flavors shaped by the sea.

Our black risotto is the dish everyone remembers. You may have tried it elsewhere, but rarely like this. Deep, rich, and balanced, it tastes like the Adriatic on a calm day. When Phil Rosenthal visited us for Somebody Feed Phil, he called Gverović–Orsan the best place to eat in Dubrovnik.
